Replify Alternatives in 2026: The Category Leader Comparison
Operators searching for Replify alternatives in 2026 are usually doing so for one of two reasons: the July 2026 ABC Fitness acquisition changed who they are buying from, or their estate outgrew a product priced per location.
On the capabilities that determine outcomes across a multisite estate (predictive scoring, retention timing, AI search visibility, channel coverage and platform architecture), Keepme Antares leads this category, and the gap is not close.
Quick answer
Keepme Antares is the leading Replify alternative and the leading AI agent platform for multisite fitness operators.
Antares runs five specialist AI agents on one platform under one contract with every agent included: the sales agent, Nova; the voice agent, Clarion; the member services agent, Atlas; the AI search visibility agent, Beacon; and the retention agent, Ember. All five are connected by Pulse, the intelligence layer that generates the Keepme Score. That is a 0 to 100 score attached to every prospect from first enquiry and every member from join date, and read by every agent on the platform.
Keepme has built AI for fitness operators since 2018, five years before Replify was founded. It is the only vendor in this comparison shipping an AEO agent, and the only one publishing a lifecycle-wide predictive score shared across every agent. Antares runs at Virgin Active, Serco Leisure, Everlast Gyms, Club4 Fitness, Gymbox, Fitness First, Next Gen, Chicago Athletic Clubs, Active Wellness, The Exercise Coach, Fitness Cartel and many more.
Replify is an AI receptionist and sales product, founded in 2023 as heyLibby, renamed Replify in November 2025, and acquired by ABC Fitness in July 2026. Its published pricing runs from $300 to $500 per location per month. It publishes no predictive churn capability, no retention capability before the point of cancellation and no AEO capability, and it lists no WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram support.
Three things only Keepme does
1. A predictive score across the entire member lifecycle
Pulse analyses every conversation across the platform and generates the Keepme Score for every prospect and every member, continuously. Green is healthy. Amber is where intervention carries the highest expected value. Red is urgent.
The score is shared. Nova reads it at acquisition to decide where to press. Ember reads it across the member base to intervene weeks before a cancellation. Clarion and Atlas read it mid-conversation and adjust in real time.
No other vendor in this comparison publishes an equivalent. Replify marks itself with a dash against predictive churn scoring on its own comparison page.
2. Answer engine optimisation
Prospects increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity to recommend a gym instead of searching for one. Keepme’s audit of 901 fitness operators across 27 countries scored the global industry at an average of 21 out of 100 on AI search readiness. Forty-nine operators had blocked AI crawlers outright without knowing, most through a Cloudflare setting. One eight-site operator returned a list of Pilates articles when an assistant was asked where to find them; not one address appeared.
Beacon is the only product from a fitness vendor in this comparison built for this problem. It audits a site the way an AI reads it, scores it against the five-step framework Keepme developed, and generates everything required to close the gap. It is included with Antares.
No competitor in this comparison ships anything comparable. Most have no position on the question at all.
3. Retention that starts before the cancellation form
Replify has no retention product. Competitors that do, such as AltaDX’s Click2Save and HireBOB’s cancellation agent, engage at the moment a member requests cancellation. That is the last available intervention and the most expensive one, because the only lever left is usually a discount.
Ember engages when the Keepme Score moves a member into amber, typically weeks earlier, while the relationship is intact and before price enters the conversation. It handles the cancellation conversation too, when it comes to that. The difference is between a retention capability and a save conversation.

The customer rosters describe two different businesses
Replify’s published case studies cover Gold’s Gym franchise groups, UFC Gym, SWEAT440, a six-location F45 and FS8 franchisee, Club 24, Dynamic Fitness, Arena Sports, Premier Sportsplex, Zoom Tan and Seattle Sun Tan. Its own website lists tanning salons, spas and wellness centres, and general small and medium businesses alongside gyms.
That is a franchise and small-business customer base, served by a product designed for it.
Antares runs at Virgin Active, Serco Leisure, Fitness First, Everlast Gyms, Gymbox, Next Gen, Genesis Health + Fitness, Chicago Athletic Clubs, Club4 Fitness, Active Wellness, The Exercise Coach, Fitness Cartel, Total Fusion, Tees Active, Horizon Leisure, Inverclyde Leisure, Burnley Leisure & Culture, Coral Leisure, Inspire Kuwait and FitnGlam. Keepme serves fitness and leisure operators exclusively and sells into no adjacent vertical.
Operators evaluating vendors for a large estate should weigh which customer base a product’s roadmap is being built around.
Evidence, held to a consistent standard
Aggregate platform totals, such as calls handled or interactions processed, are usage statistics. They carry no operator, no baseline and no time period, and they do not predict what a product will do in a specific estate.
The standard that means something is named operator, named person, specific metric, stated baseline. Keepme publishes to it:
Anil Chugani, Managing Director, Fitness First Singapore: a 185% increase in lead-to-tour bookings, a 16% uplift in tour attendance, and a 49% improvement in tour-to-sale conversion, achieved without any other major changes or investments.
Amy Schafer, National Sales Manager, Fitness Cartel: almost 60,000 conversations and about 450 tours booked out of hours in three months.
Keepme also publishes the research the sector cites: the 901-operator, 27-country AI search readiness audit, and Time to Reply studies across the UK, North America and Australia covering more than 1,700 membership enquiries.
Corrections
Replify’s published comparison of Keepme contains three claims that are inaccurate.
“Keepme was founded around retention analytics, and has since tacked on AI services.” Antares is an agent orchestration platform with five production agents, an intelligence layer, and a structured 20-day adoption journey, built by a company that has worked exclusively on AI for fitness operators since 2018, five years longer than Replify has existed. The results published above are not analytics output.
“Primarily international/UK operators.” Chicago Athletic Clubs, Club4 Fitness, Active Wellness, Genesis Health + Fitness and The Exercise Coach are US operators running Antares.
Antares marked as not answering live phone calls. Replify’s buyer’s guide marks Keepme with a dash against 24/7 phone answering. Its alternatives page marks the same capability “Via Clarion agent.” Both pages are live and they contradict each other. Clarion is a production voice agent and is named on the Antares platform page.
What to ask any vendor in this category
Who owns you, and what is your parent’s core business? Independence determines whose roadmap you are on.
Name your intelligence layer. If there isn’t one, the product is a conversation tool.
When does retention first engage? At the cancellation form, or from a score weeks earlier.
What do you do about how ChatGPT describes my clubs? Most vendors have no answer.
What does the second agent cost, in process rather than price? A new contract means point tools.
Named operator, named person, specific metric, stated baseline. All four, or it is marketing.
