Kaidra Alternatives: Choosing AI Agents for Fitness Beyond the Studio
Kaidra is one of the newest names in fitness AI. The Singapore company was incorporated in August 2025 and markets “24/7 AI agents for fitness studios” that answer leads, book trials and nudge members across WhatsApp, Instagram, web and SMS.
On paper, Kaidra and Keepme Antares overlap more than most vendors do. Both sell several specialist agents, and both talk about spotting at-risk members early. This comparison looks at where the two really differ, so operators can decide which fits their business.
Two products, side by side in brief
Kaidra offers three agents under the heading “Your Digital Workforce”:
Lead Conversion & Growth Agent: “Engages new leads instantly, answers questions, books appointments 24/7, and nurtures trial users with timely reminders and follow-ups.”
Retention & Upsell Agent: “Identifies at-risk clients early, re-engages them with targeted messages to prevent churn, and recommends relevant upgrades.”
Support & Staff Copilot: handles FAQs, scheduling and reminders and gives staff quick access to client notes.
It lists integrations with Mindbody, Glofox and Hapana, says most businesses go live within four to five days, and offers a free trial. Its terms cover fitness, beauty, wellness and healthcare businesses.
Keepme Antares is an AI agent platform for multisite fitness and leisure operators, from a company that has built AI for fitness since 2018. It runs five specialist agents under one contract with every agent included: the sales agent, Nova; the voice agent, Clarion; the member services agent, Atlas; the AI search visibility agent, Beacon; and the retention agent, Ember. Underneath them, Pulse generates the Keepme Score for every prospect and member.
Where Antares goes further
Phone calls
Kaidra’s published channels are messaging channels: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, web and SMS. It does not describe a voice agent. For clubs where prospects and members still pick up the phone, that matters. Clarion answers those calls 24/7, books tours and hands off to staff when a human is needed.
A score you can see and act on
Kaidra says its retention agent uses “predictive insights” to identify churn early, which is the right instinct. It does not describe how members are scored or whether sales and support agents share that view.
On Antares, the Keepme Score is explicit: a 0 to 100 score that follows every prospect from first enquiry and every member from join date. Green is healthy, amber is where intervention has the highest expected value, and red is urgent. Every agent reads the same score, so Nova prioritises the warmest prospects and Ember reaches drifting members weeks before they ask to cancel.
Visibility in AI search
Prospects increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity to recommend a gym. Kaidra does not offer a product for this. Keepme’s audit of 901 fitness operators across 27 countries found a global average AI search readiness score of 21 out of 100, with 49 operators blocking AI crawlers without realising it. Beacon, included on Antares when operators activate Nova, closes that gap club by club.
Systems built for multisite estates
Kaidra’s listed integrations are studio-focused booking platforms. Antares connects to the CRM and club management systems that larger operators run, updates them so your source of truth stays the same, and deploys through a structured 20-day adoption journey with guardrails, human handoff and instant rollback.
Proof you can check
Kaidra shows logos of franchise brands and three testimonials attributed by initials, including a claim of a 40% increase in booking rate. It does not publish named case studies.
Keepme publishes results with a named operator, a named person and a specific metric:
Anil Chugani, Managing Director, Fitness First Singapore: a 185% increase in lead-to-tour bookings, a 16% uplift in tour attendance and a 49% improvement in tour-to-sale conversion, achieved without any other major changes or investments.
Amy Schafer, National Sales Manager, Fitness Cartel: almost 60,000 conversations and about 450 tours booked out of hours in three months.

Which is the better fit?
Kaidra may suit a boutique studio on Mindbody or Glofox that mainly needs fast replies on WhatsApp and Instagram, wants to be live within a week, and is comfortable with a young vendor.
Antares is built for operators running several clubs who need phone calls answered as well as messages, want one predictive score shared across every agent, need to show up when prospects ask AI assistants for a gym, and want a vendor with named results from operators such as Virgin Active, Serco Leisure, Fitness First, Everlast Gyms and Gymbox.
