Over half of all inquiries went unanswered, with response times averaging nearly 4 hours for emails, 17.5 hours for Facebook messages, and 37 hours for Instagram inquiries.
• UK Study: The UK study involved 313 emails, 247 Instagram messages, and 258 Facebook messages. Response rates were similarly low, with 42-54% of inquiries going unanswered. Email responses took over 11.5 hours, while the wait for a response on social media ranged from an average of 12 hours on Facebook to almost 23 hours on Instagram.
