OMAP Alternatives: Ten Micro-Agents or Five Connected Specialists?
OMAP, the Outcomes Micro Agents Platform, is one of the broadest agent catalogues in fitness. Launched by DXFactor in October 2025 and now operated by AltaDX, it offers ten AI agents across member experience, staff productivity and business growth, with published pricing from $199 a month.
Breadth is not the same as fit, though. This guide maps OMAP’s agents against Keepme Antares one job at a time, so operators can see where each is stronger and where the architecture differs.
At a glance
OMAP groups its ten agents into three families:
Member Experience: Concierge (chat questions and sign-ups), Receptionist (inbound calls) and Feedback (reviews and sentiment)
Staff Productivity: Task (repetitive admin), Playbook (SOPs and training), Audit (revenue-impacting record errors) and Compliance (labour compliance)
Business Growth: Click2Save (cancellation saves), Sales (outreach sequences) and Collections (payment recovery)
Keepme Antares runs five specialist agents for fitness and leisure operators under one contract, with every agent included: the sales agent, Nova; the voice agent, Clarion; the member services agent, Atlas; the AI search visibility agent, Beacon; and the retention agent, Ember. Underneath them, Pulse generates the Keepme Score for every prospect and member.
OMAP is wider, and covers back-office work that Antares does not. Antares goes deeper on the member journey, from first enquiry and AI search through to retention, with one predictive score connecting every step.

Three differences that matter
1. A shared context is not the same as a shared score
OMAP says its agents “share context, hand off work, and learn from each other”. That is a real step beyond isolated tools.
Antares adds something on top: a prediction. Pulse analyses every conversation and produces the Keepme Score, a 0 to 100 score that travels with every prospect from first enquiry and every member from join date. Green is healthy, amber is where intervention has the highest expected value, and red is urgent. Because every agent reads the same score, Nova knows which prospects to prioritise and Ember knows which members are drifting before any of them say so.
2. Retention timing
Click2Save “intercepts cancellations at the moment of intent”, offering compliant saves such as a pause or downgrade. OMAP publishes a 7.03% save rate for it, and its Fit Athletic Club case study reports 2,153 of 8,223 cancellation requests saved.
That is a strong result for the last moment in the member journey. Ember covers that moment too, and it can also act weeks earlier, when the Keepme Score moves a member into amber and the relationship is still intact.
3. Being found in AI search
None of OMAP’s ten agents addresses how ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity describe your clubs. Keepme’s audit of 901 fitness operators across 27 countries found a global average AI search readiness score of 21 out of 100, with 49 operators blocking AI crawlers without knowing it. Beacon, included on Antares when operators activate Nova, audits how AI assistants read your sites and generates what is needed to fix them.
Pricing models compared
OMAP publishes its pricing, which is useful. Plans give access to all agents and run on usage credits covering chat, SMS, voice, images and tasks:
Launch: $199 a month with 750 credits
Growth: $499 a month with 2,000 credits
Per location: $199 per location per month for one to three locations, $149 for four to nine, and custom pricing from ten
Collections: 15% of revenue recovered, with no fixed monthly fee
Antares is one contract with every agent included, scoped to your estate. For a multisite operator, the useful exercise is to model both against your real conversation volume and site count rather than comparing entry prices.
Which fits which operator
OMAP is a strong fit for operators who want to automate back-office work alongside member conversations, particularly payment recovery, labour compliance and SOP training, and who run mainly on voice, chat, SMS and email. It is also built for wellness and beauty businesses as well as fitness.
Antares is the stronger fit for multisite fitness and leisure operators whose biggest levers are conversion and retention, who want a predictive score shared across every agent, who need WhatsApp and social messaging, or who want to be visible when prospects ask AI assistants for a recommendation.
