Antares by Keepme FAQs

Question 1

What is Antares by Keepme?

Accepted Answer

Antares by Keepme is an AI agent platform built specifically for multisite fitness operators. It brings together specialist AI agents, gym system integrations, operator-controlled knowledge, and Pulse, Keepme's conversational intelligence layer, so operators can improve sales, service, visibility, and retention from one platform. Antares is one platform, with one contract and every agent included, rather than a collection of separate point tools.

Question 2

Who is Antares built for?

Accepted Answer

Antares is built for multisite fitness operators, including gym chains, health clubs, leisure operators, boutique fitness groups, and national or regional fitness brands. It is designed for operators managing lead response, inbound calls, member questions, AI visibility, retention risk, and cancellation conversations across multiple locations, channels, teams, and systems.

Question 3

Which AI agents are included in Antares?

Accepted Answer

Antares currently includes five specialist agents: Nova, the sales agent, responds to inbound leads, follows up across channels, and books tours or trials automatically. Clarion, the voice agent, handles inbound calls 24/7, answers questions, books tours, and routes conversations that need a human. Atlas, the member services agent, answers existing member questions across text and voice. Beacon, the AEO agent, helps operators control how their clubs are described, referenced, and recommended by AI answer engines. Ember, the retention agent, identifies members at risk through the Keepme Score, intervenes at the right moment, and supports cancellation-save conversations when needed.

Question 4

How is Antares different from standalone AI tools?

Accepted Answer

Standalone AI tools usually solve one narrow problem. Antares is different because it is a platform for deploying multiple specialist agents on the same foundation. The training, integrations, data setup, and Pulse intelligence layer are established once, then reused as more agents are activated. This means operators are not buying isolated tools for sales, service, calls, visibility, and retention. They are buying into one connected AI operating layer for the gym member journey.

Question 5

Why does Antares use multiple specialised agents?

Accepted Answer

Antares uses multiple specialised agents because sales, voice, member service, AEO, and retention are different operational jobs. A lead enquiry, a member account question, an inbound phone call, an AI search visibility issue, and a cancellation-risk intervention require different workflows, tone, data, escalation rules, and success measures. Antares keeps those jobs specialised while connecting them through the same platform and Pulse intelligence layer, so every agent can benefit from shared learning across the customer lifecycle.

Question 6

What data does Antares use?

Accepted Answer

Antares uses the operator's approved knowledge, system integrations, conversation history, lead and member signals, and relevant operational data needed to run the agents safely and effectively. Pulse analyses conversations, interaction patterns, knowledge base gaps, lead and member signals, and performance trends to generate insights, recommendations, and the Keepme Score. The platform is designed so the data foundation is set up once and reused as additional agents are activated.

Question 7

How does Antares support safe AI adoption?

Accepted Answer

Antares supports safe AI adoption through a controlled rollout model built around approved knowledge, clear escalation rules, system integrations, operator visibility, phased scaling, data security, and reversible deployment. Operators define what agents can say, when they should hand off to a human, how they connect to existing systems, and how quickly deployment expands. This gives fitness operators a controlled path from setup to live deployment rather than an uncontrolled AI launch.

Question 8

Does Antares replace staff?

Accepted Answer

No. Antares is designed to support staff, not replace them. Its agents handle repetitive, time-sensitive, and high-volume conversations such as lead follow-up, inbound calls, FAQs, booking requests, member questions, and retention prompts. That reduces pressure on front desk, sales, membership, and operations teams, while routing conversations that need human judgement to the right person. The practical role of Antares is to make teams more responsive, consistent, and scalable across every location.

Question 9

How does Antares integrate with existing gym systems?

Accepted Answer

Antares integrates with the operator's existing systems as part of the initial platform setup. That foundation includes agent training, integrations, data setup, and Pulse running underneath the platform. Once the foundation is in place, additional agents can be activated using the same training, integrations, and data rather than starting from scratch each time.

Question 10

How can a fitness operator get started with Antares?

Accepted Answer

A fitness operator can get started with Antares by booking a conversation with the Keepme team. Most operators start with Nova because sales conversion is often where the fastest return is seen, then activate additional agents such as Clarion, Atlas, Beacon, and Ember when they are ready. Visit www.keepme.ai/demo to book a time with the team and see how Antares would handle your lead flow, member base, and call traffic.
